Parsley Management Private Limited (“Parsley”, “we”) is a recruitment and staffing firm at 9A, Lower Basement, New Janpath Complex, Ashok Marg, Hazratganj, Lucknow 226001. This page explains what we collect when you use parsleymanagement.com or contact us, and what we do with it.

What we collect

Your name, phone number and email address, if you give one.
Your message, the role you want or the people you need, and the job you applied for.
Your resume or other documents, if you attach them.
Messages you send us on WhatsApp, and details you submit through our Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn or Google lead forms.
A scrambled (hashed) version of your network address, used only to stop spam. We do not store the address itself.

Why we use it

To contact you about jobs, hiring or training, by phone, WhatsApp, SMS or email.
To match your profile to openings and, with your application, share it with the employer hiring for that role.
To keep records of our work and to run and secure this website.

We do not sell your details.

Who sees it

Our recruiters and team.
Employers and clients, when you apply for or are shortlisted for their role.
Service providers that help us run the site and our messages: our web host, our email provider, and Meta (WhatsApp, Facebook, Instagram).
Authorities, when the law requires it.

Cookies and third-party services

The public pages set no tracking or advertising cookies. Our team dashboard uses a sign-in cookie that is only for staff. The page loads fonts from Google Fonts and code from jsDelivr, and the contact section shows a Google Map. Those services can see your network address and browser details when the page loads, and Google may set its own cookies when the map loads. Their policies apply to that data.

How long we keep it

We keep your details while we may be able to help you with a job or a hire, or for as long as the law requires. You can ask us to delete them at any time.

Your choices

You can ask us to show you what we hold about you, correct it, delete it, or stop contacting you. You can withdraw your consent at any time. Write to parsleymanagement@gmail.com or call +91 90055 21111. We will reply within 30 days.

Security

Your details are stored on a server with restricted access, and the site uses HTTPS. No system is perfectly safe, so please do not send us documents you are not comfortable sharing for a job application.

Children

Our services are for people aged 18 and over.

If we change this policy, the date at the top changes. For a complaint about how we handle your details, write to the email address above with “Privacy” in the subject line.
