These terms and conditions apply when you use parsleymanagement.com or our recruitment, staffing and training services. “We” means Parsley Management Private Limited, Lucknow. By using the site or sending us your details, you agree to them.

What we do

We connect job seekers with employers, supply staff to businesses, and run training. We are a recruitment agency. We are not the employer, unless a contract with you says so.

For job seekers

A placement fee applies to some roles. The recruiter will tell you whether a fee applies to a role before you apply for it. Ask us if you are not sure.
We cannot promise you an interview, an offer or a particular salary. Selection is the employer’s decision.
Give us true and current information and genuine documents. We may drop an application that contains false details.

For employers

Our fees and payment terms for hiring, staffing and training are agreed in writing before we start.
You are responsible for your offer terms, wages, and compliance with employment law.
We screen candidates with care, but we cannot guarantee how a person will perform after joining.

Using the website

Do not misuse the site, send spam through the forms, or try to break into it.
Job listings can change or close without notice.
The content and logo belong to us. Do not copy them without asking.

Liability

We provide the site and our services with reasonable care. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, or for decisions made by employers or candidates. Nothing here limits any right you have under Indian law that cannot be limited.

Governing law

These terms follow the laws of India. Courts in Lucknow, Uttar Pradesh have jurisdiction over any dispute.
