Data deletion instructions
Last updated: 28 October 2026
You can ask Parsley Management Private Limited to delete the personal data we hold about you at any time. It is free, and you do not need to give a reason. This applies to anything you gave us through our website, WhatsApp, or a Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn or Google lead form.
How to ask
- Send a message with the words “Delete my data”, either by email to parsleymanagement@gmail.com (subject: Delete my data) or on WhatsApp to +91 95544 67777.
- Include the name and phone number you used with us, so we can find your record. If we cannot be sure the request is from you, we may ask one simple question first.
- We confirm by reply when we start, and again when the deletion is done. This happens within 30 days.
What we delete
- Your name, phone number, email address and any message you sent.
- Your resume and any other document you attached.
- Your WhatsApp conversation with us, and the details from any lead form you filled in.
- Our notes about you, and your place in any hiring list we shared internally.
Copies inside routine server backups disappear as those backups expire.
What we may have to keep
If the law requires us to keep a record, such as an invoice for a paid employer service, we keep only that record and tell you which one. We do not keep anything else.
If an employer already has your resume
If we sent your resume to an employer because you applied for their role, we ask that employer to delete it too. We cannot control a copy once an employer holds it, but we pass your request on.
If you used Facebook or Instagram with our team’s tools
Our team connects its own business Page and WhatsApp number to our dashboard with Facebook Login. To remove that connection, go to Facebook, then Settings, then Apps and Websites, find Parsley Management, and choose Remove. Write to us as above and we also delete the access keys we stored, within 30 days.
