Job Description

• We are looking for an experienced Finance Manager to manage vehicle finance operations, develop relationships with banks and financial institutions, ensure smooth finance processing, and lead the dealership's finance team to achieve business targets.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end vehicle finance operations, including loan applications, documentation, and disbursement.
• Coordinate with banks and NBFCs for timely processing and approval of vehicle finance cases.
• Ensure timely release of Delivery Orders (DO) to facilitate vehicle deliveries.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with banks, NBFCs, and financial institutions.
• Establish new finance tie-ups to improve finance options and business opportunities.
• Lead, guide, and monitor a team of Finance Executives.
• Ensure proper documentation, file management, and timely submission of finance files.
• Monitor pending cases, loan approvals, disbursements, and payment follow-ups.
• Drive vehicle finance penetration and achieve monthly finance targets.
• Coordinate with the sales and accounts teams for smooth vehicle delivery and financial transactions.
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports on finance performance.

Candidate Requirements

• Graduate in any discipline; MBA in Finance will be an added advantage.
• 5–8 years of experience in vehicle finance, preferably with an automobile dealership or bank/NBFC.
• Strong knowledge of automobile loan processing, documentation, and banking procedures.
• Established relationships with banks, NBFCs, and financial institutions.
• Experience in team handling and finance operations management.
• Excellent coordination, negotiation, follow-up, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in MS Excel and MIS reporting.
• Preferred: Candidates with experience in reputed automobile dealerships (Maruti Suzuki, Hyundai, Tata Motors, Toyota, Kia, Mahindra, etc.) and strong banking/NBFC connections will be preferred.
