About the role
- GM Service in Lucknow. You help keep vehicles, customers and the workshop moving.
What you will do
- Lead and coach the team, and take responsibility for the results of your area.
- Receive vehicles, listen to the customer and prepare the job card.
- Coordinate with technicians and keep customers updated on progress.
- Check quality, billing and delivery before handover.
- Follow up after service for feedback.
What we are looking for
- Experience: 8 to 10 Years.
- Understanding of vehicle servicing or workshop processes.
- Good communication and customer handling.
- Experience in an automobile dealership is preferred.
