About the role
- Warrenty Executive in Lucknow. You handle warranty claims so customers and the workshop are covered.
What you will do
- Check whether a repair is covered under warranty.
- Raise, follow up and close warranty claims with the manufacturer.
- Keep job cards, photos and documents ready for each claim.
- Report pending and rejected claims to the manager.
What we are looking for
- Experience: 1 to 4 years.
- Understanding of the warranty and claim process in a dealership.
- Careful with documents and follow-ups.
- Working knowledge of Excel and the dealer system.

- 15000 to 18000 per month
