About the role
- CXO Sales in Lucknow. You keep customers informed, looked after and coming back.
What you will do
- Call customers for service reminders, feedback and follow-ups.
- Handle complaints calmly and close them with the right team.
- Update appointments and job status in the system.
- Report repeat issues to your manager every week.
What we are looking for
- Experience: 1 to 2 years.
- Good communication and a patient approach.
- Comfortable using a CRM or Excel.
- Experience in a dealership or service centre is a plus.
