• We are looking for an experienced CRM professional to manage customer relationships, ensure customer satisfaction, handle post-sales activities, and coordinate with internal teams throughout the customer journey.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage customer relationships from booking to possession.
• Handle customer queries, complaints, and grievances.
• Coordinate with sales, accounts, legal, and project teams.
• Manage booking documentation, payment follow-ups, and customer records.
• Ensure timely communication regarding project updates and possession.
• Monitor customer satisfaction and resolve service-related issues.
• Maintain CRM software, MIS reports, and customer databases.
• Manage post-sales services and customer retention activities.

Candidate Requirements

• Graduate/Postgraduate in Business Administration or a related field.
• 4–7 years of experience in CRM, preferably in real estate.
• Knowledge of real estate booking, documentation, and possession processes.
• Strong communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in CRM software, MS Excel, and MIS reporting.
• Preferred: Candidates with experience in real estate developers, residential or commercial projects, and customer relationship management.
