About the role

What you will do

- Call, screen and shortlist against the job requirement.
- Schedule interviews and coordinate joining dates with the client.
- Keep candidate records and daily reports up to date.
What we are looking for
- Experience: 3 to 5 Years.
- Good communication in Hindi and English.
- Comfortable with phone calls, WhatsApp and Excel.
- Interest in recruitment or HR.
