Sr.H R Executive (F)

• We are looking for an experienced and proactive Senior HR Executive to manage end-to-end HR operations, including recruitment, employee onboarding, attendance and payroll coordination, employee engagement, performance management, and HR policies.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment and selection processes.
• Handle employee onboarding, documentation, and induction.
• Manage attendance, leave, and payroll coordination.
• Ensure HR policy implementation and statutory compliance.
• Handle employee grievances and engagement activities.
• Maintain HR records, MIS reports, and employee databases.
• Experience: 3–5 Years in HR, preferably in the corporate sector.
• Qualification: MBA/PGDM in HR or equivalent.
