Business Head (Operations)

• We are looking for an experienced Business Head – Operations to oversee and manage overall business operations, drive revenue growth, ensure operational efficiency, and lead cross-functional teams in the real estate sector.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage overall business operations, sales, CRM, and project coordination.
• Develop business strategies to achieve revenue and profitability targets.
• Drive sales performance, lead generation, and customer acquisition.
• Monitor project execution, operational efficiency, and business performance.
• Build and maintain relationships with clients, channel partners, and investors.
• Lead, motivate, and manage departmental heads and teams.
• Ensure compliance with RERA regulations and company policies.
• Prepare MIS reports, budgets, and performance reviews.

Candidate Requirements

• Graduate/Postgraduate in Business Management, Marketing, or a related field.
• 8–12 years of experience in real estate operations or business management.
• Strong leadership, business development, and team management skills.
• Good understanding of real estate sales, CRM, and project operations.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and decision-making abilities.
• Preferred: Candidates with experience in residential/commercial real estate development and project operations.
