Purchase Head

• We are looking for an experienced Purchase Head to manage procurement activities for real estate projects, ensuring timely availability of materials, cost optimization, and effective vendor management.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle end-to-end procurement of construction materials, equipment, and services.
• Develop and maintain relationships with vendors, contractors, and suppliers.
• Negotiate rates, contracts, and payment terms to ensure cost efficiency.
• Ensure timely procurement as per project requirements and timelines.
• Monitor purchase orders, inventory, material quality, and delivery schedules.
• Coordinate with project, engineering, and finance teams.
• Identify new vendors and conduct vendor evaluation.
• Maintain purchase records, MIS reports, and procurement budgets.

Candidate Requirements

• Graduate/Postgraduate in Civil Engineering, Supply Chain, or related field.
• 7–10 years of experience in purchase/procurement, preferably in real estate or construction.
• Strong knowledge of construction materials, vendor management, and cost negotiation.
• Excellent negotiation, communication, and team management skills.
• Preferred: Candidates with experience in real estate developers, infrastructure, or large-scale construction projects.
