Job Description

• We are looking for an experienced Insurance Manager to manage insurance operations, drive insurance sales, coordinate with insurance companies, and ensure smooth policy issuance and renewals at an automobile dealership.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end vehicle insurance operations, including new policies and renewals.
• Drive insurance business and achieve monthly sales targets.
• Coordinate with insurance companies, brokers, and surveyors.
• Ensure timely policy issuance, renewals, and claim settlements.
• Lead and monitor the insurance team and track their performance.
• Maintain strong relationships with insurance partners.
• Ensure compliance with insurance processes and dealership policies.
• Monitor insurance penetration, revenue, and prepare MIS reports.
• Coordinate with sales, service, and customer relationship teams.

Candidate Requirements

• Graduate in any discipline; insurance-related certification will be an advantage.
• 4–7 years of experience in automobile insurance, preferably with an automobile dealership.
• Strong knowledge of motor insurance, policy issuance, renewals, and claims.
• Good understanding of insurance company processes and regulations.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and team management skills.
• Preferred: Candidates with experience in automobile dealerships (Maruti, Hyundai, Tata, Toyota, Kia, or other reputed brands) will be preferred.
