About the role
- Quality Analyst in Lucknow. You are the first voice a customer hears.
What you will do
- Call new enquiries within minutes and older leads on schedule.
- Explain the offer, answer questions and book a visit or an interview.
- Note the outcome of every call in the CRM or sheet.
- Hand warm leads to the sales team with full details.
What we are looking for
- Experience: 2-3 Years.
- Clear, polite speaking in Hindi; English is a plus.
- Patience and a steady calling routine.
- Basic phone and spreadsheet skills.
