About the role
- Bodyshop Manager in Lucknow. You look after bodywork and paint repairs, from estimate to delivery.
What you will do
- Lead and coach the team, and take responsibility for the results of your area.
- Inspect damaged vehicles and prepare repair estimates.
- Coordinate with insurance surveyors and customers for approvals.
- Track repairs and paint work and keep to the delivery date.
- Check the final quality before handover.
What we are looking for
- Experience: 6 to 7 Years.
- Knowledge of bodyshop and paint repair work.
- Understanding of insurance claim steps.
- Experience in a dealership bodyshop is preferred.
