About the role
- Sales Manger in Lucknow, Hardoi,Kanpur. You look after walk-in and enquiry customers from first contact to delivery.
What you will do
- Lead and coach the team, and take responsibility for the results of your area.
- Welcome visitors and handle enquiries from calls, ads and WhatsApp.
- Explain models, finance and exchange options and arrange test rides or demos.
- Follow up on every lead until it becomes a booking or is closed.
- Keep CRM records up to date and meet monthly sales targets.
What we are looking for
- Experience: 4 to 5 Years.
- Good communication and customer handling.
- Interest in automobile or retail sales.
- Basic Excel or CRM comfort is useful.
