About the role
- Bussiness Development Associate in Lucknow. You bring in new customers, merchants or partners and see each one through onboarding.
What you will do
- Identify and meet prospective customers or merchants in your assigned area.
- Explain the product and offer clearly, close the sale and complete onboarding.
- Keep a daily record of leads, visits and follow-ups.
- Work towards monthly targets.
What we are looking for
- Experience: 6 months to 1 years.
- Confident communication in Hindi; English is a plus.
- Comfortable with daily field visits and follow-up calls.
- Interest in sales and willingness to learn the product.
