- Experience: 2–5 Years
- Qualification: Graduate / Diploma in Automobile Engineering
Job Responsibilities
- Attend customers and understand their vehicle service and repair requirements.
- Conduct vehicle inspections and prepare accurate job cards.
- Explain technical issues, repair estimates and service recommendations to customers.
- Coordinate with workshop technicians for timely vehicle servicing and repairs.
- Provide regular updates to customers regarding vehicle status and delivery timelines.
- Ensure customer satisfaction through professional service and follow-ups.
- Handle customer complaints and ensure prompt resolution.
- Maintain service records, billing coordination and adherence to OEM service standards.
Required Skills
- Good knowledge of automobile servicing, maintenance and repair processes.
- Excellent communication, customer handling and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to explain technical issues in a customer-friendly manner.
- Strong coordination, problem-solving and follow-up skills.
- Proficiency in DMS and dealership service processes.
- Preferred Experience: Candidates with experience in premium/luxury automobile brands such as Mercedes-Benz, BMW, Audi, Jaguar Land Rover, Volvo or Lexus will be preferred.
